About the Author
Dr. Sunil Kumar is Assistant professor in the area of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the School of Management, Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida. He received Ph.D. in Psychology from JNV, University, Jodhpur (India) for his research work in the field of Personality and Intelligence. He is a gold medallist in M.A. and M.Phil. in Psychology from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
He started his career as a research fellow at Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Defence Laboratory, Jodhpur and he mainly worked on Perception and Camou-flaging. He has also worked with Institute of Management Education and Institute of Management studies in Ghaziabad.
He has authored a book on Personality, Intelligence and Correlates from LAMBERT Academic Publishing. Germany. He has dozens of research publications in various national and international journals related to Psychology and Management. He has also presented his research papers in various national and international conferences and seminars.
Dr. Kumar's research interests focuses mainly on Personality, Emotional Intelligence, Human Intelligence, Positive Psychology, Stress and its coping, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, etc. Presently, he is working on two more books on Positive Psychology and HRM.
